The Three Rivers League released its postseason honors Thursday and the Northeast Vikings were represented on both sides by two selections.

On the boys side, Northeast senior J.T. Richardson made first team and sophomore Drew Mills second team.

Richardson averaged 21.2 points, 5.4 assists, 5.1 rebounds and 2.6 steals per game in helping Northeast to a 16-6 record and spot in the Class 3A substate semifinals.

Mills, Richardson's partner in the backcourt, averaged 10.9 points, 3.1 assists, 2.2 rebounds and 2.0 steals per game but arguably his biggest asset came behind the 3-point line — 41 on the season with 40 percent shooting.

Chetopa, a first-time state tournament qualifier since 1960, landed two players on the first team, including lone unanimous selection Austen Sanders and Brice Riddle, both seniors. The Green Hornets finished their season 19-6 and fourth in Class 1A, Division II.

Regular season champion Oswego, by virtue of a head-to-head win over Northeast, placed its entire starting five: senior Tag Oldham first team, senior Brant Yeoman and junior Kel Yeoman second team and senior Travis Schenker and junior Weston Eckermann honorable mention.

Oldham averaged 13.4 points, 4.4 rebounds, 5.8 assists and 2.4 steals. Brant Yeoman 8.4 points, 4.0 rebounds, 3.4 assists and 1.5 steals. Kel Yeoman 12.6 points, 8.2 rebounds, 1.1 steals and 1.3 blocks. Schenker 8.7 points, 6.0 rebounds and 1.9 blocks. Eckermann 8.0 points, 2.3 rebounds and 2.6 assists.

Oswego finished its season 18-4.

Crest's Brock Ellis and Jayhawk-Linn's Justin Mark closed out the first team.

Uniontown's Skyler Riley and Joseph Duffey and Pleasanton's Brenton Laver earned second team.

St. Paul's Austin O'Brien and Billy Brown, Pleasanton's Matt Bauer (remember his slam dunk against St. Mary's Colgan?) and Crest's Hunter Frazell each accorded honorable mention.

On the girls side, Northeast junior Kaylee Bogina earned one of two unanimous first team selections, along with St. Paul sophomore Jordyn Tuck, and freshman Autumn Walker made second team.

Bogina led the Vikings with 12.6 points and 4.1 rebounds per game, and hit 39-point shots and 57 free throws on the season.

Walker averaged 12.4 points, 10.0 rebounds in TRL play, 11.1 points and 9.6 rebounds on the season.

Bogina and Walker each averaged 2.4 steals for the 14-7 Vikings.

St. Paul, a fourth place finisher in Class 1A, Division I earned two first team, one second team and one honorable mention.

In addition to Tuck, the Indians had sophomore Josie Albertini first team, junior Ashton Wood second team and senior Camri Burke honorable mention.

Pleasanton senior Autumn Secrest, Pleasanton sophomore Sydney Dent and Oswego freshman Gwyn Dean rounded out the first team.

Joining Walker and Wood on the second team were Uniontown seniors Jessica Farra, Emily Shinn and DaNisha Robinson, and Jayhawk-Linn senior Carly Jackson.

The other five honorable mention selections were Chetopa freshman Cambri Conard and junior Emily Johnson, Crest freshman Karlee Hammond, Jayhawk-Linn sophomore Brielle Ware and Marmaton Valley senior Kaitlin Ensminger.
