In an upbeat tone somewhat reminiscent of Ronald Reagan’s “Morning in America” campaign for re-election in 1984, the Obama team is out with a fairly long video that evokes memories of the crisis the president inherited and itemizes the achievements of his first term.
The only negative note is a reminder that congressional Republicans and the right-wing noise machine sought to obstruct Obama’s efforts every step of the way.
