There are a lot of people in need through the holidays, and on Saturday, the Harpoon Brewery is doing its part to help. 
On Saturday, as part of Harpoon Helps Spread Holiday Cheer, about 400 volunteers will decorate 23 homeless shelters, soup kitchens and children’s play spaces for the holiday season in the greater Boston area.
There will be similar events on Dec. 8 in other communities, including Albany, Philadelphia, Austin, Worcester and Washington D.C.
It’s good to see when a brewery can give back to the community. Good job Harpoon.
