Just in case you missed it in the mainstream media, the White House just released Barry’s guest list since January and amazingly they highlighted names like George Looney & Oprah. 

Health care! Really? The FDA decides what one can take for ailments, drug companies produce it and doctors prescribe it. The medical trinity.

During the past few weeks, I have seen several TV commercials, have received mailings, and have received e-mails from national animal welfare organizations requesting funding.

Republican candidates won in many elections across the US Tuesday:  Governorships in Virginia and New Jersey, at least 6 of 7 State offices in Pennsylvania, and as of now an undecided congressional race in upper New York.

To parody Harold Hill, the Music Man, We Got Trouble Right Here in the USA with a  capitol T and It Rhymes with P and it Stands For Progressive. 

These “tea partyists” and “henny pennyists”  who are predicting the sky is falling and are drifting toward socialism may have a point.

We are still in the middle stages of health insurance reform and yet you hear talk as though “the bill” (which one?) can be easily pigeonholed.

With the first of this season’s holiday open houses set for this weekend, the chamber urges you to consider giving a present to the Pittsburg area economy by buying one, some or all of your gifts locally this year.
