Dear editor:
I am a supporter of Jeffery Locke, who is running for Kansas Representative for the 2nd District against Bob Grant. He has an “A” rating from the NRA and is a lifetime and endowed member and Jeff also has been endorsed by the Kansas Right to Life organization and has the personal endorsement of 3-time past President of Kansans for Life Mr. Tim Golba!
He feels that funding for K-12 and Higher Education and the money allocated needs to be uniform and transparent so that we can understand how all that budgeted money is spent in each classroom.
Jeff knows we are out of balance with too much growth in government and not enough growth in the private sector. The Kansas Jobs and Prosperity Act will grow our private sector jobs so that government funding will be stable for its essential functions.
Jeff’s opponent Bob Grant really disappointed me when Bob took a position to block our ability to vote on the HealthCare Freedom Amendment for Kansas. When Jeff takes the oath of office for the 2nd District, he will preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution and respect the rights of all voters in the 2nd district. Ask Bob why he didn’t uphold his oath to the Constitution.
We need fresh leadership in the second district and I endorse Republican nominee Jeffrey Locke to represent my interests in southeast Kansas. Please join me. Bob Grant started in office in 1991, how’s that working out for the Southeast Kansas economy?
