Lacey Page and Preston Seabolt, Fort Scott, have announced the birth of a son, Lathan William Seabolt, Jan. 29, 2010, at Mt. Carmel Regional Medical Center.
Paternal grandparents are Michelle Powell and Jerry Powell. Maternal grandparents are Cheryl O’Brien and Harold Page and Kevin Kastl. All are of Fort Scott.
