Shaleene Horton and Daniel Blair, Frontenac, have announced the birth of a daughter, Kymora, Jan. 29, 2013, at Via Christi Hospital.
The baby was welcomed by sibling Kage Blair.
Paternal grandparents are Niki Blair, Pittsburg, and Dustin Blair, Frontenac. Maternal grandparents are Lisa Loyd and Jeff Loyd, Girard.
