Daniel and Mindy Proffitt, Pittsburg, have announced the birth of a son, Reed Channing, Jan. 31, 2013, at Via Christi Hospital.
The baby was welcomed by brothers Conner Proffitt and Landen Proffitt.
Paternal grandparents are Terry Proffitt, Columbus, and Denise Poznich, Dallas, Texas. Maternal grandparents are David Ristau, McCune, and Patty Hebenstriet, Gardner.
