Bill and Ragena Duling, Galena, have announced the birth of twin daughters, Madison Grace and Morgan Leann, Nov. 3, 2009, at Mt. Carmel Regional Medical Center.
The baby was welcomed by a sister, Emma Nicole.
Paternal grandparents are Bill Duling, Erie, and John and Andrea Houser-Merrell, Columbus. Maternal grandparents are Quinn Clark and Sherry Clark, Pittsburg.
