Resha Oliver and Tony Brisbin, Pittsburg, have announced the birth of a daughter, Taylor Grace Brisbin, Oct. 23, 2009, at Mt. Carmel Regional Medical Center.
She is their first child.
Paternal grandparents are Pam Brisbin and Mark Brisbin, Cherokee. Maternal grandparents are Renee Oliver, Pittsburg, and Dustin Oliver, Fredonia.
