Doug and Linda Wintjen of St. Paul announce the engagement of their daughter, Chelsey Wintjen, Pittsburg, to Tanner Crager, also of Pittsburg. Tanner is the son of Dean and Karen Crager, Pittsburg. The future bride is a 2009 PSU graduate and currently employed by St. Patrick’s Catholic School in Parsons. The future groom is a 2006 PSU graduate and is currently working towards his second degree planning to graduate in May. An October 17 wedding is planned at St. Francis Catholic Church in St. Paul.
