Don and Julie Hisey and Marta Ledford Ward are excited to announce the engagement of their children, Baylee Nicole Hisey and Aaron Vance Ward. Baylee, a 2011 graduate of Girard High School, attends the Honors College at PSU. Aaron, a 2009 graduate of Southeast High School, is employed by Empire District Electric Company.
