The families of Vincent Aron Scott and Katie Marie Papp are pleased to announce their engagement and upcoming wedding. Vincent is a 2006 PSU graduate with a Bachelors degree in Construction Management. He is currently the owner and operator of VS Concrete Construction. Katie is a 2010 PSU graduate with a Bachelors degree in Accounting and Finance. She is employed by Evonik Jayhawk as an Accountant while pursuing her MBA in Accounting. They will exchange vows in a private ceremony April 2013 on the Caribbean island of St. Lucia. They plan to reside in the Pittsburg area.
