Joe and Connie Sarwinski of Columbus, recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with their family.

Yanju Chen of Guangzhou, China and William Sollner of Arma, Kansas were married on April 19, 2013 at the First United Methodist Church, 4th and Pine, Pittsburg, Pastor Jim Akins performing the ceremony.

Joshua Lorenz and Shawnee Viets were married in a winter wonderland candlelight service at Trinity Baptist Church on December 29.  The wedding party consisted of family members.  The couple honeymooned in Cancun, Mexico.  Both are employed by Crossland Construction; Joshua is a field engineer on the Via Christi addition while Shawnee is employed in the Marketing Department in Columbus.

Tyler Lloyd Clinesmith and Megan Leigh Montgomery were joined together in marriage January 8th 2013.

Nathan Davolt and Karrie Cruey were joined in marriage on Oct. 6, 2012 in St. Robert, MO. The officiating minister was Joe Davolt, uncle of the groom.

Lee Ann Thompson and Steve Luebber were united in marriage Saturday, October 13th at the Historic Phelps House in Carthage, MO.

Johnna Suzanne Wendt and Lee Michael Costello were married September 15, 2012, at Timmons Chapel in Pittsburg.

Dr. Eric Chappell and Sabrinah McCaffery were united in marriage on May 20, 2012 at the Loretto Chapel in Santa Fe, New Mexico
