Cassandra Lee Krusich and Thomas Dale Kruk were united in marriage October 18, 2008 at St. Clement Church in Chicago, IL. The bride is the daughter of James and Sandra Krusich, Pittsburg Kansas. The groom is the son of William and Barbara Kruk, Chicago, IL. The bride wore a cathedral length fitted ivory Melissa Sweet gown made of French lace and silk charmeuse adorned with lace cap sleeves. The bride also wore a matching ivory mantilla lace veil and carried a hand tied bouquet of ivory and pink cymbidium orchids. Matron of Honor duties were performed by Mrs. Kelly Corcoran, friend of the bride. Bridesmaids were Danielle Hessong, Somer Krusich & Hollie Krusich, all sisters of the bride. Bridesmaids also wore gowns by designer Melissa Sweet in shades of oyster and carried small bouquets of white hydrangea. Flower girls; Gretchen Comeau, cousin of the bride and Sophia Glaubitz, niece of the groom carried white hydrangea pomanders down the aisle. Best Man duties were performed by William Kruk, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were George Sasek, brother-in-law of the groom, Kyle Kubasak and Jim Lyman both childhood friends of the groom. Following the ceremony, guests were invited for dinner and dancing at Fulton’s on the River in downtown Chicago. The bride is a 1995 graduate of St. Mary’s Colgan high school and holds a degree in Marketing & International Business from Kansas State University. She is pursuing her M.B.A. at Benedictine University, Chicago and is currently employed at Allergan Medical as a Business Development Manager. The bride groom is a 1988 graduate from Alan B. Shepard high school; Palos Heights, IL and holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois. He is currently employed as an IT Analyst for Whole Foods Market. The couple enjoyed a honeymoon in France, Italy, the United Arab of Emirates & Thailand. The couple resides in Chicago, IL.
