Christian Women’s Fellowship
Christian Women’s Fellowship, a new Christian lunch club, will meet at 11:30 a.m. at Parrot Bey. Speaker will be Phyllis Bitner.

Zone 6 Garden Club
Zone 6 Garden Club will meet at the home of Charlie and Misty Phillips to tour their gardens. Members will also discuss the success of the recent Pittsburg Garden Tour.
Becky Cunningham and Judi Campbell will be hostesses.
The Phillips home is located north of Pittsburg on US Highway 69, then right at the Highway 47 junction, east past the Rockin K intersection, then left at the dead-end lane.
Anyone arriving at the Cove has gone too far. Signs will be posted.
Library movie
Pittsburg Public Library will present “Monday Night at the Movies,” a free program for young adults entering seventh through 12th grades, at 6 p.m. every Monday from June 4 through July 23.
The library will present a popular movie chosen by the Young Adult Advisory Council, shown on a big screen with a theater quality sound system. Free snacks will be served.
Featured this week will be a film based on the mythological Norse god Thor. It is rated PG13.
Anyone needing additional information may stop by the library or call the PPL Youth Services Department at 231-8110.
Arma Homecoming
ARMA — Arma VJ Homecoming Committee will meet at 7 p.m. at the Arma Community Center.
All persons involved in working with the 2012 homecoming are asked to attend, along with anyone else who would like to help finalize plans for the event. The 2012 Arma VJ Homecoming will be held Aug. 17, 18 and 19.
Girard TOPS
GIRARD — TOPS Group #0975, Girard, meets Mondays at the Girard Presbyterian Church. Weigh-in begins at 4:45 p.m., with the meeting following.
All interested persons may attend.

Card games will be played from 1 to 4 p.m. every Monday except holidays at the Frontenac Senior Citizens Building.
Primary game is pinochle, but any card game is welcome.

Private weigh-ins are from 5:30 to 6:20 p.m. Meetings start at 6:30 p.m. and are designed to provide motivation and support to help members reach their weight loss goals.
