PITTSBURG —
Pittsburg Public Library will offer Wii Wednesdays for Adults from 2 to 3:30 p.m. in the library meeting room.
Wii Wednesdays will be held today and Jan. 19, and they will resume Feb. 2 and continue every week through the end of the month. The program will be open free to the public.
Participants will play a variety of Wii games, including Wii Sports Resort, performing realistic sports moves in activities that include sword play, power cruising, table tennis and more. Library staff will help those who have never Wii-ed before.
The Wii gaming system was purchased with a grant from the Community Foundation of Southeast Kansas.
Anyone needing additional information may call the library at 231-8110.
