Legion feed
Pittsburg American Legion Post 64 will have a noon feed, open to members only, at the post home, 2815 N. Joplin.

Scrabble Club
Pittsburg Scrabble Club NASPA 613 will meet from 1 to 5 p.m. at the Pittsburg Public Library. Players of all skill levels may attend.
Anyone needing additional information may call Dan Lee, director, at 231-6205.

Mulberry church
MULBERRY — Daily Walking Music Ministries will perform at 7 p.m.  at All Faith Church, 307 N. Military, Mulberry. Love offerings will be accepted.

Walnut breakfast
WALNUT — Walnut American Legion will serve a pancake breakfast from 7 to 10 a.m.
Menu will feature pancakes, eggs, sausage, toast, juice, coffee and milk. Free will offerings will be accepted.

Food Share America
Food Share America orders for November will be distributed from 10 a.m. to noon at the west gym door of the First Church of the Nazarene. Those wishing to place orders for December may do so at this time.
Food Share America is a nonprofit food purchasing program that offers savings because volunteers help sort, package and distribute food which is purchased in bulk. Anyone needing additional information may call 620-347-8704.

Book sale
Southeast Kansas Recycling will have a book sale, open to the public, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the recycling center, 615 S. Joplin.
Fiction and nonfiction books will be available for the entire family. Cost will be 25 cents for hardbacks and 10 cents for paperbacks. Collectable books will be priced as marked.

Flapjack feed
A flapjack feed will be held from 8 to 10 a.m. at Applebees.
Pancakes will be $5 per persons. Lucky Dog will be present to meet children.
All proceeds from the feed will go to the Pittsburg Fraternal Order of Police “Shop with a Cop”  program, which aids local children.
