Several area students were among those earning semester honors for academic performance in the fall 2009 semester at Kansas State University, Manhattan.
These honors are awarded to students who earned a grade point average of 3.75 or higher for the semester while enrolled in at least 12 semester hours of graded course work.
Those receiving semester hours included the following: Daniella Kristine Gardullo, Sean Ryan Gilmore, Robyn Anne Hilt, Lloyd Daniel Martin and Stephanie Claire Werner, Pittsburg; Brandon Michael Callaway, Meredith Duling, Erin Danielle Grotheer, Lindsay Beth Lehman, Brenna Murphy, Robert Lawrence Murphy and Jason Lee Southard, Girard; Aaron Lee Widmar, Franklin; Kassie Laine Curran, Farlington; Paige Leann Venturella, Riverton; Kyle Jacob Essley and Laura Kemp, Baxter Springs; and Sterling Edward Braun, Ryan David Gant and Laura Ann Stucky, Fort Scott.
