Krista Nichole Jarboe, Walnut, a freshman, earned a Patricia Ellis Scholarship.
Nicholas Anthony Kellum, Baxter Springs, a sophomore in theater/voice, earned a Dorothy and Benjamin Glick Scholarship and a Loren Kennedy Traineeship.
Serving as co-emcees for the event were Scott Cox, KU doctoral student, and James Teller, Pittsburg, KU senior general studies major with emphasis in theater.
More than $119,000 in awards and scholarships were given during the Stage Supper. Funds for the awards are managed by KU Endowment, the independent nonprofit foundation serving as the official fundraising and fund-management organization for KU. Founded in 1891, KU Endowment was the first foundation of its kind at a U.S. public university.
