Summerfield Apartments and its residents are conducting a food drive for the Crisis Resource Center of Southeast Kansas (formerly Safehouse).
Donations can be made at Summerfield Apartments, 2909 Springdale. CRC needs non-perishable food items, along with paper products, toddler diapers and towels.
Summerfield Apartments is looking for a way to give back to the community and will accept donations on behalf of anyone. Items will be accepted until 5 p.m. Nov. 24. Anyone needing additional information or wishing to arrange for a donation to be picked up should contact Amy Gossard, property manager, at 231-5656.
