Several area students earned fall semester honors for their academic performance at Kansas State University, Manhattan.
Students with at least 12 graded hours whose grade point average for the semester is 3.75 or higher receive semester honors. They also earn commendations from their deans and the honors are recorded on their permanent academic records.
Included are the following: Brent Koehn and Joseph Wimmer, Pittsburg; Ben Coomes, Lois Grubb and Andrew Thompson, Girard; Kassie Curran and Keelie Curran, Farlington; Amanda McGuire, Cherokee; Charles Kays and Kenneth Kays, Weir; Darcy Burton, Sara Daniel and Bobbi Shanks, Columbus; and Sterling Braun, Bayli Endicott, Grant Stucky, Trevor Swim and Katelyn Vincent, all of Fort Scott.
