Brian and Brenda Marshall

Brian and Brenda Marshall celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary on Saturday, May 30, 2009, at the Franklin Community Center with a dinner and dance reception. Brian Marshall and Brenda Pernot were married at the Girard United Methodist Church on May 27, 19984. Their two children are Brooke McGown and her husband Bo of Wichita, Kan., and Brett Marshall, who is a student at Pittsburg State University. Brenda is employed by the SEK Interlocal as a special education teacher at R.V. Haderlein Elementary in Girard, Kan., and Brian is regional manager of Bates Sales in Pittsburg. Brenda’s parents are Herb and Lois Pernot and Brian’s parents are Ray and Mary Marshall.
