Joy Boswell and Barry Rons

Evaughn and John Boswell of Arma, announce the wedding of their daughter, Joy Boswell, to Barry Rons, son of Betty and Wallace Rons of Arma. The couple were married at St. Michaels Catholic Church on May 24, in a double ring ceremony, officiated by Father Donald Thissen. Sally Smith of New Jersey was the bride's matron of honor, and the bride's sisters, Johnni Tosh and Jeanene Boswell, were bridesmaids. Chase Rons, son of the groom, was the Best Man.  The bride's brother-in-law, Clint Tosh, and the bride's nephew, Quin Bruce, were groomsmen. Brandon Krout and Andrew Boswell, nephews of the bride, were the Ushers. The bride's great niece, Araysha Boswell, was the Flowergirl and the bride's cousin, Alex Welch, was the Ring bearer. The bride's uncle, Joseph Welch, was the Lector and Kristan Carpenter was the Guest Book Attendant.  Colleen Oates of Dallas, Texas, was the Vocalist.  Music before, during and after the ceremony was provided by organist Linda Roberts. A dinner and dance reception was held at St. Mary's Activity Center following the ceremony.  Friends of the couple were cake attendants.
The bride, escorted by her father, wore a custom gown designed by Maggie Sottero  The bodice featured a spray of Swarovski crystals and pearls.  The back featured a shear cut-out back, and the back skirt of the gown featured a kick pleat.  The matron of honor wore a halter satin ball gown with side ruching and overlay skirt.  The bridesmaids wore colbalt halter gowns with satin bodices and chiffon overlay skirts.  The groom was dashing in his full tails. Music was provided by Jam Packed Entertainment and the dinner was catered by Schroeder's of Arma.  The three tiered wedding cake and grooms cake was designed by Heather Horton at Sweet Designs Cakery.  All flowers were provided by Hornback's.  Photographer was Mark Fincher of Studio 1. The honeymoon will be taken in an undisclosed location.  The couple are at home in Florida.
