Parents of the bride are Greg and Debra Gallagher of Agency, MO. Parents of the groom are William and Deborah Russell of Bartlesville, OK. Grandparents of the bride are Robert and Judith Crews of Pittsburg. Grandparents of the groom are Robert and Alice Davied of Girard. Matthew graduated from PSU in 2008 with a degree in Manufacturing Engineering, and is employed at Triumph Accessory Services in Wellington, KS where the couple resides.
