Pittsburg Coin Club
The Pittsburg Coin Club meets at 7:30 p.m. the first Thursday of each month at the Knights of Columbus Building on Joplin. Meetings are open to the public and membership fees are $6 for adults or $3 for children ages 18 or under.
TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) 0884 meetings are held each Thursday at Knights of Columbus Towers, 700 N. Pine. Private weigh-ins begin at 9 a.m. Business meeting starts at 9:30 a.m. Each week, a program is presented for support and motivation for members to reach and maintain their weight-loss goals. Frontenac American Legion Bingo
Frontenac American Legion conducts bingo games every Thursday evening at the Frontenac Senior Citizen Center located at 113 N. Crawford in Frontenac. Cards go on sale at 5:30 p.m. and play begins at 6:30 p.m.
Pittsburg Noon Kiwanis
The Pittsburg Noon Kiwanis meets every Thursday at noon in the dePaul Hall at Via Christi Hospital.

Girard United Methodist Chili Feed
Girard United Methodist Church will host a chili feed and bake sale. Lunch will be served from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and includes chili or soup with dessert and a drink. The cost is $6. From 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., fresh baked goods will be available for purchase.
Pittsburg American Legion Bingo
The Pittsburg American Legion will host bingo every Friday at the legion home. Doors open at 5 p.m. Early bird games are at 6:20 p.m. and regular bingo is at 6:30 p.m.

St. John Lutheran Holiday Bazaar
St. John Lutheran Church will have its annual Holiday Bazaar with soup to go, Christmas items and greeting cards available. The bazaar will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the church.
Look for Sunflower Kiwanis members collecting aluminum cans from 8 a.m. to noon on the SW corner of Dillon's parking lot.
The VFW Ladies Auxiliary will have their regular meeting on the second Saturday of every month at 9:30 a.m. at the post home.
