PITTSBURG — G.L. Hunt Exteriors is headed to Pittsburg.
The third-generation business will is inviting the community to its a ribbon cutting at 1 p.m. on March first at its new location 1310 S. Broadway in Pittsburg.
The store provides siding, roofing, windows and gutter services along with walk-in bathtubs.
Owner Chris Kuykendall took on the family business after years in ministry, he said.
Since then, he has brought his business to the four-state area.
After a year of business in Joplin, he has decided to come to Pittsburg.
He said what makes the company unique is that they provide assistance to clients as they go through their home renovations.
“We are going to be there for our home owners every step of the project,” he said.
He also said they company provides free quotes, giving the customers an opportunity to consider the best choice for their home.
G.L. Hunt Exteriors will be officially open on Thursday.
The store’s hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. People can call for appointments after hours.
