PITTSBURG — A visit to the emergency room ended in a trip to jail for one Pittsburg man Wednesday morning.
According to a release from the Pittsburg Police Department, officers responded to a call from Via Christi Hospital in reference to a male subject that had been stabbed.
Officers made contact with the victim who was identified as, Daniel Leroy Hall, 35, of Pittsburg. Hall reported being in an altercation with an unknown male, who stabbed him in the hand. The incident allegedly took place at the Sycamore Village Apartment Complex, on North Joplin Street.
Hall was treated for his injuries and released from the hospital. During the course of the investigation, it was found that Hall had multiple warrants and was subsequently arrested and transported to the Crawford County Jail.
