PITTSBURG — Two Pittsburg residents are in jail today following the execution of a search warrant by the Pittsburg Police Department.

According to a PPD release, at about 3:47 p.m., Wednesday, PPD officers executed a search warrant at 802 N. Locust St. in Pittsburg. The search warrant pertained to the possession and distribution of illegal drugs.

As a result of the investigation, Amber Louise Bunney, 33, of the residence, and Glenn Steven Williams, 36, of Pittsburg, were arrested without incident.

Bunney was arrested for possession of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of a school, possession of prescription narcotics with the intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of a school, possession of methamphetamine, possession of prescription narcotics, felony possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Williams was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Bunney is being held in the Crawford County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bond. Williams is being held on $3,000 bond.
