PITTSBURG — A Pittsburg business was raided Friday afternoon on suspicion of selling drugs.
According to On Friday afternoon, September 14, 2018, at approximately 3:45 p.m., Law Enforcement Officers of the Pittsburg Police Department served a search warrant at Blowfish Smoke Shop, located at 309 N. Broadway St., in Pittsburg.
During the search, several items believed to be marijuana were allegedly located.
Derrick T. Decker, 24, of Pittsburg, was arrested without incident on charges of felony distribution of marijuana and misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
Decker was taken to the Crawford County Jail where he was released on $7,500 bond.
According to the release, in the State of Kansas, it is legal to possess CBD (Cannabidiol) products, however these products cannot contain any THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol), which is a controlled substance. Retailers of CBD products should clearly display information showing their products contain 0 percent THC.
