We are still waiting on one final precinct to report but it appears that Sheriff Kelly Herzet has been elected to the seat he was appointed to. Marcia McCoy will also win easily. Don Engles has a several hundred vote lead over Ron Roberts and Ed Myers is leading Bruce Harris by less than 200 votes. Andover's local option budget increase is leading 54-46 percent with just over half of the precincts reporting.
