The boyfriend of a woman working at Derby Street Shoppes was arrested on a warrant Monday after police were called about “suspicious activity” about 8:15 p.m. because the man kept going in and out of GameStop, a video game shop at the shopping center.

Police said Richard A. Wigfall, 19, of 53 Plain St., Randolph, went into the store every five to 10 minutes, returning to his car that was parked in front of the shop between visits.

Police talked to Wigfall, who told them he was waiting for his girlfriend to get off work, and while he was waiting, he went into the shop to play video games.

Police arrested Wigfall after a computer check revealed he was wanted on a warrant for motor vehicle violations.
