A search warrant of a Pittsburg apartment late Wednesday night led to the arrest of two people for a series of drug-related offenses.
Shortly before midnight on Wednesday, the Crawford County Drug Task Force executed a drug search warrant at 115 1/2 N. Broadway, Apartment C, in Pittsburg.
The search unveiled a methamphetamine lab. Residents Cody Burris and Christal Berry, both 21, of Pittsburg, were arrested and were taken to Crawford County Jail.
Each will be charged with the following counts through the Crawford County Attorney’s Office: manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of felony drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The investigation remains ongoing.
