7:00 p.m. — Midnight  Arma/Northeast Alumni Reunion at Pittsburg Mirza Shrine Temple with John Levra, president. Classes honored: Golden anniversary, 1960; silver anniversary, 1985; Northeast senior class of 2010.

6:30-8:30 p.m. Horsepulling Contest (behind Arma City Pool). Admission is $4, with children under 12 free. Receive a Homecoming ticket for the Sunday drawing.

Ceremony by Lon M. Helm Jr. Post No. 182 Arma American Legion - National Anthem, introduction by Ray Vail. Welcome by Mayor Chris Pommier. Chairman: Joe Polhlopek. Co-chairman: John Cleland.
1st place trophy donated by First State Bank, Arma; 1st place prize $200 cash; 2nd prize $100 cash; 3rd prize $75 cash; all other prizes $40

7:00 a.m. - Registration for 5K Run, beginning at Northeast High School. Sponsored by Northeast Booster Club.

7:30 a.m. - 5K Run begins. Prizes awarded for various age groups. Chairman: Waona Brennon.

8:00  a.m. - ? Food and craft vendor booths, downtown area. Chairman: Buck Rowland.

8:00 a.m. - Noon - Registration for Geocache Poker Run. Registration is free, at the tent in Arma City Park. Chairmen: Michelle and David Robinson. The poker run will consist of 5 geocaches placed in Arma and the surrounding area. Contest will end at 5:00 p.m. and the winner will be announced at 6:00 p.m. $50 cash prize for best hand. Prizes donated by Arma Homecoming Association, Pittsburg State University Technology Department and Professional Engineering Consultants.

10:00 a.m.  - Parade. Singing of National Anthem - Elizabeth Banks. Homecoming queens - Stephanie Collier and Melinda Brooksher. Grand marshal - John Melvin to represent all past commanders of Lon Helm Jr. Post No. 182 Arma American Legion. Paraide chairmen: Mike and Barbara McLeod and Arma Fire Ladies Auxiliary. All parade entries to be judged must be registered and lined up by 9:15 a.m. by the Arma Elementary School Float entries will be judged on the following criteria: Relates to theme, workmanship and overall appearance.
Float Contest - Commercial and Organizational Floats: 1st prize $250; 2nd $200; 3rd $150; 4th $125; 5th $100.
Novelty Contest (includes pets, bicycles and novelties): 1st prize $50; 2nd $40; 3rd $30; 4th $20; 5th $10.
Antique Cars (1971 and under): 1st $25; 2nd $20; 3rd $15. Classic Cars: 1st $25, 2nd $20, 3rd $15.

10:00 a.m. - Mud Volleyball, held south of City Pool sponsored by Arma Homecoming Association. Chairmen: ARMVP Group. Entry fee is $50 per team. $1 admission at gate. Registration at 9:00 a.m.

10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.  - Child Identification Program (CHIPS) at Arma Masonic Lodge on Washington Street. Video, voice recognition, fingerprint and DNA samples will be taken. Information to be put on CD and hard copy. All information is given to parent/guardian. No information is kept by the lodge. Presented as a free service by Columbus and Arma Masonic Lodges. Chairman: Ray Vail.

After Parade - Cakewalk (at grandstand area) sponsored by N.E.H.S. FCCLA. Chairmen: Susan and Steve Cole.

11:00 a.m. - Children’s activities at grandstand. Chairmen: Jane Helm, Tracy Bogina, Pamela Sparks, Gene and Billie McCloud. All prize money for activities contributed by the Arma Homecoming  Association. Prize money for all children’s activities are as follows: 1st place $5; 2nd $4; 3rd $3; 4th $2; 5th $1.

Prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places in each category. People’s Choice Award  - 1st place $15, 2nd place $10, 3rd place $5. Prizes donated by Arma Homecoming Association.

3:30 - 5:00 p.m. - Gospel singing sponsored by Roger Rank, held in the shelter house on east side of Arma City Park. Bring a lawn chair.

4:30 p.m. - Registration for junior bathing beauty contest in the Arma City Park.

5:00 p.m. - Junior bathing beauty contest begins. Chairmen: Lisa martin and Candy Pitts. Trophies awarded. Age categories: Boys and girls ages 0-6 months, 6-12 months, 1-2 years, 2-3  years. All contestants must be dressed in swimwear attire.

6:30-8:00 p.m. - Justin Warford, DJ, on Washington Street in front of plaque. Bring your own lawn chairs.

7:15 p.m. - Watermelon feed, in front of plaque.
