Northeast USD 246 breakfast and lunch menus have been announced for the week beginning Nov. 26.
All meals are served with milk. Elementary breakfast menus will be as follows:
MONDAY
Cereal, graham crackers, fruit juice.
TUESDAY
Scrambled eggs, ham slice, English muffins, peaches.
WEDNESDAY
Biscuit, sausage gravy, fruit juice.
THURSDAY
Muffins, yogurt, banana, fruit juice.
FRIDAY
Breakfast pizza, graham crackers, applesauce.
Lunch menus will be as follows, with the second entree choice available only for junior high and high school students:
MONDAY
Beef and bean burrito or chicken tender salad with roll, Spanish rice (9-12), corn
nibblets, garden salad, chilled apple or fruit cocktail, birthday cake.
TUESDAY
Stromboli or chef salad with roll, garden salad, baby carrots, applesauce or banana.
WEDNESDAY
Barbecued beef or chicken tender salad with roll, baked beans, garden salad, sweet potato tots, pineapple tidbits, fruit juice (9-12), oatmeal cookies.
THURSDAY
Turkey deli sandwich or chef salad with roll, garden salad, tri-tators, peaches or grapes, lettuce, tomato slices.
FRIDAY
chicken fried steak or chicken tender salad, whipped potatoes, steamed carrots, banana or chilled pears, hot wheat rolls (6-12).
