Arrests at Southeast Kansas Regional Correction Center May 5:
• Stephanie Covey, 26, Bronson, was arrested by Bourbon County sheriff’s department at 4:08 a.m. for battery — domestic. Covey was held on a $2,500.00 bond and released at 7:10 a.m.
• Joshua David Griffith, 23, Ft. Scott, was arrested by Ft. Scott police department at 1:37 p.m. for indecent liberties with a child under sixteen. Griffith is still being held at this time.
• Logan Mile Secrist, 18, Ft. Scott was arrested by Ft. Scott police department at 10:39 p.m. for battery. Secrist was held on a $500.00 bond and released at 11:25 p.m.
• Douglas Martin Gillenwater, 20, Gardner, was arrested by Bourbon County sheriff’s department at 12:31 p.m. for obstructing legal process/official duty, theft — misdemeanor, purchase and consumption by minor, and failure to appear. Gillenwater was held on a $5,000.00 bond and released at 12:53 p.m.
• Daniel Shane Littleton, 18, Ft. Scott, was arrested by Bourbon County sheriff’s department at 2:30 p.m. for sentencing. Littleton is still being held at this time.
• Ricky Eugene Turner, 45, Mound City, was arrested by Kansas Highway Patrol at 12:52 a.m. for driving under influence. Turner is being held on a $500.00 bond and released at 2:11 a.m.
Arrests at Crawford County Jail May 6:
• Billy Floyd Carter Jr., 26, Mulberry, was booked at 4:12 a.m. for disorderly conduct. Carter Jr., was held on a $500.00 bond and released at 5:45 a.m. and arrested by Frontenac police department.
• Aaron Wayne Edwards, 28, Pittsburg, was booked at 2:36 a.m. for battery— domestic violence. Edwards was held on a $500.00 bond and released at 5:20 a.m. and arrested by Pittsburg police department.
• Tory Evon Holley, 35, Pittsburg, was booked at 2:21 a.m. for battery — domestic violence. Holley was held on a $500.00 bond and arrested by Pittsburg police department.
• Melissa Dawn Lipasek, 28, Mulberry, was booked at 3:50 a.m. for battery — domestic violence. Lipasek was held on a $500.00 bond and released at 4:18 a.m. and arrested by Frontenac police department.
Arrests at Southeast Kansas Regional Correction Center May 6:
• Edward Joseph Coulter, 32, Ft. Scott, was arrested by Bourbon County sheriff’s department at 11:58 a.m. for a 48 hour sentence. Coulter is still being held at this time.
Arrests at Crawford County Jail May 7:
• Adam Joseph Beckman, 30, Girard, was booked at 7:36 p.m. for serving time. Beckman was held without bond and arrested by Crawford County sheriff’s department.
• Gary Wayne Kleypas, 53, El Dorado, was booked at 9:40 p.m. for holding for court. Kleypas was held without bond and arrested by Crawford County sheriff’s department.
• Joseph Michael Oxford I, 23, Pittsburg, for obstructing legal process or official duty — misdemeanor. Oxford was held on a $1,000.00 bond and released at 1:25 a.m. and arrested by Pittsburg police department.
• Jared Wayne Rakestraw, 24, Girard, was booked at 3:39 p.m. on a warrant for holding for court. Rakestraw was held without bond and arrested by Crawford County sheriff’s department.
• Raul Sanchez-Regalado, 25, Merriam, was booked at 2:48 p.m. to farm in from another County. Sanchez-Regalado was held without bond and arrested by Crawford County sheriff’s department.
• Tyler August Richardson, 23, Pittsburg, was booked at 2:31 a.m. for aggravated battery — reckless bodily harm. Richardson was held on a $3,000.00 bond and released at 3:54 a.m. and arrested by Pittsburg police department.
• David Allen Tidwell, 32, Pittsburg, was booked at 1:37 a.m. for obstructing legal process or official duty — misdemeanor, assault on a law enforcement officer and a warrant for holding for another county or State, and a warrant for battery , and aggravated battery — intentional great bodily harm. Tidwell was held on a $28,060.00 and arrested by Pittsburg police department.
• Armando Villegas - Sandobal, 26, Kansas City, was booked at 3:11 p.m. to farm in from another County. Sandobal was court released.
• Emin Nissan Shafadiyev, 23, Shawnee, was booked at 1:30 p.m. to farm in from another County. Shafadiyev was held without bond and arrested by Crawford County sheriff’s department.

• Georgia Irene Charles, 54, Nevada, was arrested by Ft. Scott police department at 2:10 a.m. for driving under influence, and transport open container. Charles was held on a $750.00 bond and released at 3:43 a.m.
• John Wayne Evans, 26, Ft. Scott, was arrested by Ft. Scott police department at 5:38 p.m. for possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Evans was held on a $2,000.00 bond and released at 7:25 p.m.
• Belinda Lavonne Goodbody, 36, Ft. Scott, was arrested by Ft. Scott police department at 8:43 p.m. for battery — domestic. Goodbody was held on a $2,500.00 bond and released at 10:34 p.m.
• Lisa Marie Heenan, 39, Ft. Scott, was arrested by Ft. Scott police department at 9:20 p.m. on a Bourbon County warrant for a worthless check. Heenan is still being held at this time.
• Vincent Allen Shaffer, 45, Ft. Scott, was arrested by Ft. Scott police department at 9:20 p.m. on a Bourbon County warrant for a worthless check. Shaffer is still being held a this time.
• Samuel Winfield Robinson, 38, Ft. Scott, was arrested by Bourbon County sheriff’s department at 10:15 p.m. for non support of child. Robinson is still being held at this time.

• Damvian Lamark Durden, 22, Pittsburg, was booked at 7:48 p.m. for serving time. Durden was held without bond and arrested by Crawford County sheriff’s department.
• Renee Marie Laforge, 46, Arma, was booked at 12:13 a.m. on a warrant for revocation of probation. Laforge was held without bond and arrested by Pittsburg police department.
• Chance Eugene Rencountre, 22, Pawhuska, was booked at 4:20 a.m. for driving under the influence — second offense. Rencountre was held on a $1,000.00 bond and arrested by Pittsburg police department.
