ARRESTS

Arrests at Southeast Kansas Regional Correction Center July 9:
• Nathan Levi Bradley, 20, Ft. Scott, was arrested by Ft. Scott police department at 3:20 p.m. for battery. Bradley was held on a $500.00 bond and released at 9:09 p.m.
• Lori Carla Kelly, 45, Ft. Scott, was arrested by Ft. Scott police department at 7:03 p.m. for domestic battery. Kelly was held on a $2,500.00 bond and released at 9:30 p.m.
• Brent Allen Pulliam, 21, Ft. Scott, was arrested by Ft. Scott police department at 3:22 p.m. for domestic battery. Pulliam was held on a $2,500.00 bond and released at 6:20 p.m. 
• Kasey Marie Pulliam, 18, Ft. Scott, was arrested by Ft. Scott police department at 3:22 p.m. for domestic battery. Pulliam was held on a $2,500.00  bond and released at 10:00 p.m.

Arrests at Crawford County Jail July 10:
• Zachary Adam Keopke, 19, Pittsburg, was booked at 8:49 p.m. for failure to register vehicle, and no proof of insurance. Keopke was held on a $1,000.00 bond and released at 9:40 p.m. and arrested by Girard police department.
• Stephen Paul Riley, 33, Liberal, was booked at 1:16 a.m. for transportation of alcoholic beverage in opened container, no proof of insurance, driving while suspended — third offense, possession of drug paraphernalia — misdemeanor, possession of marijuana, depressants, and stimulants — first offense. Riley was held on a $6,000.00 bond and arrested by Pittsburg police department.
• Derek Lee Swan Jr., 20, Frontenac, was booked at 11:42 p.m. for criminal damage — valued greater than $500.00 but not more than $25,000.00. Swan Jr., was held on a $3,000.00 bond and arrested by Pittsburg police department.

Arrest at Southeast Kansas Regional Correction Center July 10:
• James Steven Tidwell, 46, Wichita, was arrested by Kansas Highway Patrol at 4:42 p.m. for driving under the influence. Tidwell was held on a $500.00 bond and released at 12:55 a.m.

Arrests at Crawford County Jail July 11:
• Kyle David Crystal, 22, Pittsburg, was booked at 6:48 p.m. for serving time. Crystal was held without bond and arrested by Crawford County sheriff’s department.
• Damvian Lamark Durden, 22, Pittsburg, was booked at 2:47 p.m.  for revocation of probation — two counts. Durden was held without bond and arrested by Pittsburg police department.
• Michael Wayne Malcolm, 54, Leavenworth, was booked at 4:07 p.m. for failure to appear — two counts. Malcolm was held on w $1,000.00 bond and arrested by Crawford County sheriff’s department.
• Golden Wren Mcintosh II, 20, Kansas City, was booked at 2:29 p.m.  for theft — loss greater than $1,000.00 but not more than $25,000.00 — two counts. Mcintosh II, was held on a $6,000.00 bond and released at 4 p.m. and arrested by Pittsburg police department.
• Jack  Edmond Smith, 28, Pittsburg, was booked at 1:50 p.m. for failure to appear — two counts. Smith was held on a $2,000.00 bond and released at 4:30 p.m. and arrested by Crawford County sheriff’s department.
• Samuel Jospeh Spaulding, 39, Pittsburg, was booked at 11:38 p.m. for driving under the influence — first offense. Spaulding was held on a $500.00 bond and released at 12:31 a.m. and arrested by Crawford County sheriff’s department.
• Rodrigo Lucifer Trujillo, 38, Edwardsville, was booked at 3:41 p.m. to farm in from another County. Trujillo was held without bond and arrested by Crawford County sheriff’s department.

Arrests at Southeast Kansas Regional Correction Center July 11:
• Mattew Lapiere, 45, Fort Scott, was arrested by Kansas Highway Patrol at 10:16 p.m. for fleeing to elude, driving under the influence, and driving while suspended. Lapiere was held on a $1,500.00 bond and released at 11:03 p.m.
• Raymond Clinton Linker, 47, was arrested by Bourbon County sheriff’s office at 5:35 p.m. for burglary, and theft — misdemeanor. White is still being held at this time.
• Johnny Lee Spears Jr., 21, Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott police department at 8:40 p.m. for driving while suspended. Spears was held on a $500.00 bond and released at 10:28 p.m.
• Warren Allen White, 38, Fort Scott, was arrested by Bourbon County sheriff’s department at 5:35 p.m. for burglary, and theft — misdemeanor. White is still being held at this time.
