Pittsburg police made an arrest early Wednesday morning after a fight led to a man being arrested for theft and burglary.

About 3 a.m., officers responded to Quincy and Elm streets on a report of a fight in progress. Officers found several individuals in the apartment complex parking lot at 1116 S. Elm.

Officers found one of the individuals was hiding a car stereo in his waistband, and two cell phones in his pocket.

Inyama Ambeyi, 19, Pittsburg, was arrested and booked into Crawford County Jail on charges of felony burglary (two counts), theft and criminal trespass.
