At approximately 8:26 a.m. Tuesday, the Pittsburg Police Department, Crawford County Sheriff’s Office, Pittsburg State University Police Department and the Kansas Bureau of Investigations Southeast Kansas Drug Enforcement Task Force executed a narcotics search warrant at 518 E. Park, Apartment B, Pittsburg.
Law enforcement located four subjects inside the residence upon executing the search warrant.
During a search of the residence, investigators located evidence presumed to be related to the cultivation, distribution, possession and use of marijuana. This would include marijuana plants, marijuana, felony drug paraphernalia for cultivating and distributing marijuana and misdemeanor drug paraphernalia.
As a result of the items found in the residence, Mark Avery, 19, and Jordan Krewet, 21, both of the residence, were arrested and transported to the Crawford County Jail on the charges of cultivation of marijuana, possession of felony drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and possession of misdemeanor drug paraphernalia.
Marissa Ibarra, 19, also of the residence, was arrested and transported to the Crawford County Jail on the charge of possession of marijuana.
In addition, Nicholas Taylor, 19, Kansas City, Mo., was arrested and transported to the Crawford County Jail on the charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
