Arrests at Crawford County Jail July 30:
• Corinna Nadine Arnold, 20, Pittsburg, was booked at 9:18 p.m. for obtaining prescription drug by fraudulent means — second offense. Arnold is being held on a $2,000.00 bond and arrested by Crawford County sheriff’s department.
• Dana Lynn Benthin, 37, Frontenac, was booked at 6:20 p.m. on a warrant for purchasing or acquistion of pseudoephedrine or ephedrine in an amount to exceed nine grams. Benthin was held on a $2,000.00 bond and released at 6:54 p.m. and arrested by Frontenac police department.
• Adam Gene Hovis, 21, Pittsburg, was booked at 5:03 a.m. for criminal damage; damage greater than $500.00 but not more than $25,000.00 — two counts; burglary — motor vehicle or other conveyance — two counts; theft — loss less than $1,000.00 — two counts, obstructing legal process in the case of a felony, and criminal damae; damae greater than $500. but less than $25,000.00. Hovis is being held on a $20,000.00 bond and arrested by Pittsburg police department.
• Leland Jack Murdock III, 21, Pittsburg, was booked at 8:24 p.m. for illegal registration, no proof of insurance, and driving while suspended — second offense. Murdock III, is being held on a $2,000.00 bond and arrested by Crawford County sheriff’s department.
• Gerald Jay Myers Jr., 50, Pittsburg, was booked at 8:24 p.m. for illegal registration, no proof of insurance, and driving while suspended — second offense. Myers Jr., is being held on a $276.00 bond and arrested by Crawford County sheriff’s department.
• Crystal Dawn Seeley, 20, Cherokee, was booked at 9:02 p.m. for battery — domestic violence. Seeley was held on a $500.00 bond and released at 10:31 p.m. and arrested by Cherokee police department.
• Johnny Eugene Webb, 47, Frontenac, was booked at 12:31 p.m. on a warrant for purchasing or acquisition of pseudoephedrine or ephedrine in an amount to exxceed nine (9)grams and possessio of pseudoephedrine as a precursor to an illegal substance; holding for another County or State. Webb is being held on a $57,500.00 bond and arrested by Crawford County police department.
• Sherry Jo Wilderman, 45, Pittsburg, was booked at 2:47 p.m. on a warrant for the purchase or acquisition of pseudoephedrine or ephedrine in an amount to exceed nine(9) grams. Wilderman was held on a $5,000.00 bond and released at 3:54 p.m. and arrested by Crawford County sheriff’s department.
Arrests at Crawford County Jail July 31:
• Michael Edward Duncan, 20, Girard, was booked at 3:22 p.m. for serving time. Duncan is being held without bond and arrested by Girard police departure.
• Christopher Aaron Foster, 30, Pittsburg, was booked at 2:51 p.m. on a warrant for failure to appear and holding for another County or State. Foster is being held on a $1,500.00 bond and arrested by Crawford County sheriff’s department.
• Terry Lamont Gibson, 31, Joplin, was booked at 2:38 p.m. on a warrant for failure to pay fines or costs. Gibson was held on a $500.00 bond and released at 5:30 p.m and arrested by Pittsburg police department.
• Randy Leroy Gingery, 35, Arma, was booked at 6:03 p.m. on a warrant for furnishing alcohol to a minor and aggravated indecent liberties with a child under 14; lewd, fondling/touching. Gingery is being held on a $100,000.00 bond and arrested by Pittsburg police department.
• Brandon Eugene Guerra, 27, Pittsburg, was booked at 10:56 p.m. on a warrant for battery — domestic violence, child endangerment; criminal threat, criminal damage to property — less than $500.00 property value or damage, battery, and criminal threat. Guerra is being held on a $7,000.00 bond and arrested by Pittsburg police department.
• Tammy Janine Kinney, 42, Pittsburg, was booked at 11:50 p.m. for battery. Kinney is being held on a $500.00 bond and arrested by Pittsburg police department.
• Kathleen Ann Morris, 47, Mulberry, was booked at 12:26 p.m. for battery — domestic violence. Morris was held on a $500.00 bond and released at 9:29 p.m. and arrested by Crawford County sheriff’s department.
• Tyler Dale Palmer, 21, Pittsburg, was booked at 12:03 a.m. for driving while suspended — first offense. Palmer was held on a $500.00 bond and released at 12:52 a.m. and arrested by Kansas Highway Patrol.
• Taylor Eugene Rich, 22, Pittsburg, was booked at 5:43 p.m. on a warrant for a worthless check — valued less than $500.00 second or subsquent offense within five years. Rich was held on a $1,000.00 bond and released at 6:48 p.m. and arrested by Pittsburg police department.
