Northeast USD 246 breakfast and lunch menus have been announced for the week beginning Oct. 22.
All meals are served with milk. Elementary breakfast menus will be as follows:
MONDAY
Cereal, string cheese sticks, fruit juice.
TUESDAY
Waffle sticks, sausage patties, pineapple tidbits.
WEDNESDAY
Biscuit, sausage gravy, fruit juice.
THURSDAY
Ham/egg/cheese bar, tri-tators, chilled apple.
FRIDAY
Breakfast bagel, orange-pineapple salad.
Lunch menus will be as follows, with the second entree choice available only for junior high and high school students:
MONDAY
Bosco Stick or grill chicken sandwich, marinara sauce, garden salad, caulliflower, fresh kiwi, snickerdoodles.
TUESDAY
Corn dog or grilled hot dog, garden salad, seasoned wedges, grapes, chilled apple.
WEDNESDAY
Chicken quesadilla or chicken tender salad, Spanish rice, seasoned green beans, refried beans, chilled pears, orange.
THURSDAY
Beef and noodles or chicken fried steak, whipped potatoes, garden salad, baby carrots, pineapple tidbits, banana.
FRIDAY
Chicken tenderloins or chef salad, whipped potatoes, California vegetables, fruit cocktail, orange, oatmeal roll.
