Pittsburg Farmers’ Market
Pittsburg Farmers’ Market will open at 7:30 a.m. and run until noon or sold out.

Cucumbers will be available, along with several kinds of garlic, green beans, eggplant, new potatoes, onions, green peppers, beets, radishes, yellow summer squash, golden egg squash, zucchini, white patty pan squash, okra, jalapenos, pecans, eggs, fresh and potted herbs, tomato plants, bedding plants, perennials, several kinds of jams and jellies, cut flowers, jewelry, handmade soap and lotions, baked goods, picture frames and greeting cards.

Members of the Pittsburg High School Quarterback Club will be at the community booth to promote their fundraisers and activities. Anyone interested in using the community booth may contact Summer Warren at 620-230-9559 to make a reservation.

Shoppers may pay with credit, debit or Vision cards, and some produce vendors also accept Senior Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program vouchers.

Spaghetti dinner
ARMA — Arma American Legion Post 182 will serve a spaghetti dinner, open to the public, from 5 to 7 p.m.

Menu will feature spaghetti with meatballs, tossed salad, garlic bread and dessert. Carry-outs will be available. Cost will be a $6 donation, with children 6 and younger eating free.

AHS Our Gang
Arcadia High School Our Gang will meet at 6:30 p.m. at the home of Howard and Louise Holland, 767 NW 145 Lane, Liberal, Mo., for a fish fry. Those attending are asked to bring side dishes.
