The first episode of tonight's hourlong "Parks and Recreation" block continues where last week's left off, with Ben and Leslie deciding they wanted to get married right now. But will the wedding really be a "close second" to marrying Joe Biden, like Leslie dreams it will be? Will it be better? In the second episode, Leslie's pre-written speech is stolen before an important event. NBC 8:30 p.m. EST.
