To the editor,

On one of the coldest nights of the year, Feb. 10, 2012, we had a bad fire. The Pittsburg Fire Department was called to put out the fire. These are real heroes to me. They, and I mean every single one of them, went out of their way to save our stuff and to put out the fire. We cannot thank you enough.

As were the Pittsburg Police Department, who watched our house over a course of time and came to the house when there was a call made to them to check out a disturbance at the house. And thank you to Carol of the PPD, who took my police report about the stolen bikes.

And how can we forget our awesome contractor, Dan Simons and crew, Don, Tony, Joe, Chase, Eric, Mr. Socks, Charle, Mike Young and Skippy. You are a great bunch of men. Thank you for all the hard work you put into the house.

Thank you to Jo Dee Burke and to Jeff Jackey. And to my neighbors, you know who you are, who watched the house when nobody else was. Thank you.

And last, but not least, to the editor of the Morning Sun for printing this.
