The Girard Medical Center Foundation has started a new program called Smiles from Jamie.

It was created to honor Jamie Rebecca Hallacy who passed away in 2011. The mission of the Smiles from Jamie fund is to provide children’s activity items such as books, puzzles, games and/or videos available for the child’s use while they are a patient at the Girard Medical Center.

Additional items may be sent home permanently for the child’s enjoyment. Gifts to the Smiles from Jamie fund directly support the patients and programs at Girard Medical Center. A tax-deductible gift may take many forms from single purpose gifts, memorials, honor gifts, or planned gifts made through the Girard Medical Center Foundation.
