On December thirteenth, the fifth grade graduated from the D.A.R.E. program. They performed skits about how drugs and alcohol are bad for you. Mrs. Jené Noe, the fifth grade teacher, stated that the kids had a wonderful and interesting time learning more about how drugs and alcohol can affect your body.
Officer Nally, the D.A.R.E. officer, said she had a great time with the kids and she loved seeing their facial expression when they learned something new. She said that the look on their faces were priceless when she told them how many people have accidents when they are drinking alcohol.
