Amy in her article on Aug. 1, 2012, seems to acknowledge that homosexual activity is prohibited in the Bible but went on to say the Bible prohibited Christians from eating pork. Showing her ignorance of the Bible as in Acts 10:10-16 and 11:4-7 where God told Peter in a vision of a sheet coming down with all manner of four-footed beasts and wild beasts and creeping things and fouls. And said to Peter, rise, kill and eat. And said what God has cleansed, that call not common. God repeated it the third time. In the Christian dispensation, pork is eaten and gentiles may be accepted into the Kingdom of God. Christians love all people heterosexual or homosexual but they do not approve of the sin of either but love to teach Christ’s love and pray that our sins will be recognized by us and that we eliminate them from our lives. Knowing that the temptation to sin is always there but we must denounce it in our lives and ask for forgiveness from our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
