January is School Board Recognition Month in Kansas, and USD 248 Board of Education members were recognized and received certificates at their Jan. 12 meeting. Members, with their respective years of service rounded to the nearest full year, include Ed Becker, 13; Marilyn Von Soosten, 3; President Tony Stonerock, 15; Aaron Callaway, 3; Gayle Price, 13; and David Goble, 5. Not pictured: Dale Shireman, 8.
