A total of 45 persons registered to donate blood during the Red Cross Bloodmobile drive Sept. 18 at St. Michael’s Hall, Girard.
Trinity Lutheran Church hosted the canteen. Workers were Ramona Barrow, Helen VonSoosten, Bev Sandmann and Cindy VonSoosten.
Girard Medical Center Auxiliary members who registered donors were Evelyn Sevart, Delores Lentz, Mary Senecaut and June Christy.
Those acting as escorts to donors after they had given blood were Carol Battitori, Rosemary O’Toole and Patty Leeds.
Pat Holt and Derek Crumpacker, Girard Medical Center maintenance men, unloaded bloodmobile equipment when the van arrived.
Girard High School FFA members and their advisor, Alan Boultinghouse, loaded the van at the end of the drive. Workers were Haley Pitts, Samantha Guy, Kay Pitts, Latricia Pike, Abbie Stephan, Brittnee Jullian, Amber Morris, Tricia Roberts, Shayla Johnson, Hartly Merrell and Alexis Lemieux.
