Pittsburg Public Library will offer six free public computer classes during October.
No registration or sign-off is necessary. When class attendance is high there may not be enough computers for all participants, but lessons will be projected for easy viewing. Participants who have laptop computers may bring them to the class. Computer Lab computers will not be available for general use during classes.
Those needing a computer beginner class may stop by the PPL Computer Lab at any time during library hours to have a lab assistant help them get started with an online tutorial. In this way, they can work at their own pace to learn computer skills and mouse basics. There are always staff members around to help and answer questions.
